5. Master's degree + 2 years work experience.
Senior HR Manager (Level 1) - Must meet one of:
1. Doctorate + 3 years experience + completion certificate;
2. Master's + 6 years experience + completion certificate;
3. Bachelor's + 9 years experience + completion certificate;
4. HR Manager certificate + 3 years experience + completion certificate + college degree.
