Email and SMS Scams
1. SMS Verification Scams
If you suddenly receive a "system" SMS stating that your phone verification is overdue and needs verification, or asking you to reply with your account password, be extra cautious. We will NEVER send SMS messages requesting your account password or login credentials.
2. Too-Good-To-Be-True Flight Deals
As the holiday travel season approaches, "discounted flights" become popular search terms, and "fake ticket websites" enter their busy season. Scammers often lure consumers with unbelievably low prices to steal money or directly obtain your bank account details. Don't let greed for small savings cost you both money and your chance to get home for the holidays. Stay vigilant!
3. Account "Security Alerts"
As scammers become more sophisticated, they send phishing emails impersonating our platform claiming your account has issues. Never trust emails asking you to enter your login credentials. We will NEVER ask for your password via email. These are scam attempts to steal your account.
4. Fake Anniversary Prize Notifications
We do not send emails inviting users to participate in so-called "celebration events" or prize giveaways. Be wary of such emails.
