Why Can't I Post a Listing?

To maintain a healthy online environment, if you cannot post listings or log in, it may be due to the following reasons:

1. We limit the number of listings per category. You may have reached the posting limit for this category.

2. Why does it say "listing contains prohibited words"?
Prohibited words are provided by judicial authorities and internet regulators. Please do not post illegal content. Review your content before posting to avoid unintentional violations.

3. Why does my listing show "Pending Review"?
All listings enter a review queue first and will only be published after staff approval. Our review team will provide results within 24 hours.

4. Why does it say "posting too frequently"?
To prevent spam, we limit posting speed. Please wait a moment before posting again.

5. Why does it say "duplicate listing"?
Identical listings cannot be posted repeatedly. Please modify your listing before posting. You can also use the "Refresh" feature in your User Center instead.

6. Why can't I post (how to clear browser cache)?
If you experience:
- Clicking "Post" does nothing
- "Post" button turns gray and page doesn't redirect
- Shows "can post 0 listings"
- Cannot upload images
Try clearing your browser cache or resetting browser settings.
