Trust Verification includes personal identity verification and business license verification. This program establishes trust standards, addresses spam and fraudulent listings, improves information authenticity, and provides users with a safer online environment. Verified users' listings are displayed more prominently.
II. Verification Rules
Voluntary and free verification.
1. One ID can only verify one personal account. Users must upload genuine identification.
2. Business verification requires company name to match the license exactly. If the applicant is not the legal representative, a signed authorization letter and ID scan are required.
III. Verification Methods
1. Fax application with ID or business license copy.
2. Online application with scanned documents.
All users can verify for free. Verified users receive a trust badge and priority listing placement.
IV. Verification Standards
1. One ID per personal account; business name must match license exactly.
2. If account is being used by others: Submit ID and household registration copies. Upon approval, the fraudulent account will be suspended.
3. Privacy Protection: Verified personal information is strictly confidential and never shared with third parties except law enforcement when legally required.
V. Verified User Guidelines
1. Verified business users must ensure listing authenticity. Violations may result in warnings, verification revocation, or account suspension. Serious cases may face legal action.
